The First Vineyard’s history:
On land that was first surveyed by Daniel Boone, John James Dufour, funding from the Kentucky Vineyard Society, started the first Commercial Winery in America.
You can have your event in our pavilion! Designed to accommodate weddings, parties, reunions and other social or business events – year round. Our pavilion can comfortably seat over 175 guests – all at a reasonable price!!
Sugar Creek Resort Bed and Breakfast. Come stay with us on the banks of the Kentucky River and possibly catch a glimpse of the deer wild turkeys that frequent our vineyard during early morning.
We will be closing after Dec. 29th until mid-March.
